We gladly accept both standard and custom size orders. You may choose your size from our measurement chart or provide your own detailed measurements for a personalized fit.

● CARE INSTRUCTIONS
In order to minimize the impact of waste disposal to environment, we are trying to reduce the use of attachments to our products such as labels, manuals, packing materials … but will still ensure products to reach you in best condition.

*Please carefully read the product caring guide below:
– Wash linen products by hand or in a washing machine with mild detergents or ecological laundry products, and on gentle cycles to avoid excessive wear.
– Drying: opt for air drying or low heat (40 C/104 F) in the dryer to prevent shrinkage.
– Ironing: do it while the fabric is slightly damp for that smooth finish. Ironing inside-out with a medium-high setting.
– Please keep in mind that hot water makes natural fabrics shrink a bit and that all fabrics get much softer after washing.
– Wash separately or with similar colors. Colors of natural fabrics may fade within the first wash.
– TIP: put linen item in mesh laundry bag so it is least affected by the impact of the washing machine

● PRODUCTION TIME
– Our items are produced on demand to avoid wastage, overproduction and unnecessary damage to environment. That is why our products take slightly longer delivery time than mass produced items from big warehouses. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
– Normally it takes 3-5 business days to complete an order. However it may take longer during high season. Please contact us in advance and provide us the date you wish to receive our products, we’ll let you know if we can meet your timeline or if completing your order takes longer than usual.

● SHIPPING & CUSTOMS FEES
– We will ship the items after 3-5 business days, upon complete of production. You can choose standard shipping (10-20 days) or DHL for express shipping (3-5 days)
– We are not able to responsible for the quality of delivery company work. We can only take responsibility for the quality of our products.
– Customs duties and extra taxes may be applied to your orders. We are not able to responsible for your country customs rules. If there are any special requirements about papers to enclose with your order – please let us know. We will try our best to accommodate.

● RETURNS & EXCHANGE
– If you are not happy with the item you’ve bought, you can return it.
– You may return unused items you’ve purchased for a refund or exchange within 48 hours after receiving the items.
– After receiving returned items in new condition we will refund your money without the initial shipping costs. You should pay shipping fee to return the item.
– In case of exchange the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

● WHOLESALE AVAILABILITY
Wholesale applies to all items in our shop. We can also process according to your individual requirements. Contact us for more details.

● DISCLAIMER
– Please note that colors may look slightly different based on your screen setting or lighting condition of the photos.
– We try to be consistent in colors. However the colors of natural linen depend on growing conditions, or it may vary slightly due to the weather conditions when dying etc. So if you need a matching set, we recommend ordering everything in one purchase.
– The thickness & weight of fabric in each item can be slightly different to another based on the design.
